EIRE OG CYCLING CLUB

In preparation for the An Post Tour of Sligo on 8th May 2011, Sligo Sport and Recreation Partnership is organising a series of adult cycling workshops during the week beginning April 11th 2011 around County Sligo for beginners cyclists aged 16 and over. These workshops which are facilitated by experienced local club coaches will provide an opportunity for people new to cycling to get a bike check, learn about general bike maintenance and take part in an introductory spin.

 All participants must bring their own bicycle and helmet!
